Phinney Ridge Adopt-A-Plant

I have a Sunshine Ligustrum (Lingustrum sinese) that’s about 4.5 feet by 5 ft. It’s easily accessible in my front yard, far from other plants, so removal should be easy. I love it but it has outgrown the space.
