Winter Fruit Tree Pruning Workshop
March 5, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm PST
$85.00 – $95.00Experts in the field will demonstrate the basics of fruit tree pruning in small groups, followed by plenty of opportunities for attendees to give it a try on a variety of fruit types. This workshop will be held at an orchard along the east side of Lake Sammamish, easily accessible from Redmond or I-90.
Registration is $85/members and $95/nonmembers.
At this time, we anticipate requiring masks during the event, unless there is adequate space for solo work and safe distancing. Due to the proximity needed for demonstrations, we do not expect to drop the mask requirement during teaching demonstrations. We will require proof of full vaccination or a negative PCR test within 48 hours of the event. Be aware that our masking requirement may change, depending on local guidance and mandates. We will expect all attendees, volunteers, and instructors to maintain appropriate distancing throughout the day.
IF THIS WORKSHOP HAS SOLD OUT, PLEASE EMAIL PROGRAMS@PLANTAMNESTY.ORG TO BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST, IN THE EVENT THAT A SPACE OPENS UP.
*Prerequisite—You must have attended the PlantAmnesty Fruit Tree Pruning lecture prior to attending this workshop (attending the class in a previous year is acceptable).
