Details:

We welcome families and leashed pets.
Proof of vaccination required ages 12+ or a negative COVID test within 48 hours of the event.
Masks required when not taking photos.

Parking:

Limited neighborhood parking available. Paid parking available at St. Mark’s Cathedral, 1245 10th Ave. E, and on Broadway. St. Mark’s Cathedral graciously provided some parking passes that will be valid 10 am  – 1:30 pm in their parking lot.  Stop in at the entrance to the Festival to check on pass availability.  We will have a volunteer on the sidewalk to provide passes.
