From I-5 heading South: Take exit for NE 145th St.  Take a left on NE 145th.  At Lake City Way NE take a right.  Take a left on NE 125th St, and continue up the hill where 125th St curves to the right and becomes Sand Point Way NE.

Enter Sand Point/Magnuson Park at the main gate (7400 Sand Point Way/east side of the street) to the old Navy station.  Drive straight ahead, looking to the left (and watching the traffic at the same time!) and you will see a a very large building labeled Building 30.  We are there, at the southeast corner of the second floor.

From I-5 heading North: Take the NE Street exit and go right on NE 45th.  Continue through the University District and down the hill.  (Do NOT veer to the right and go to University Village on 25th!)  Take a left turn at the stop light and go past University Village.  Follow the signs to "Children's Hosp."  You will find yourself on Sand Point Way NE. To Avoid the University District:  Take the Lake City Way exit and follow Lake City Way until you come to 95th.  Turn right on 95th and go east until you come to Sand Point Way NE.  Take a right and continue south on Sand Point Way until you arrive at the main entrance.
